The evaluation group for the Analytical Methods class is concerned with the determination of ways to make the annual homepage project more effective for our customers the 2034/44 classes. To reach this goal we are attempting to institute several different mechanisms to assure that these students are our first, and only priority. The most powerful technique for doing this is called Total Quality Management. This idea has become one of the central concepts in modern business thought. This idea is based on the fact that the customer is always our first and foremost concern. One of the ways that we hope that this will change the project is to make the entire page more educationally sound. Because that is what our customer wants. We are trying to get faculty input, and to utilize recently developed Multimedia Education Evaluation concepts to allow the webpage to be as effective as possible in conveying information.
