The original code developed for my special design project Aero408 (1974) is 
archived in the ARCHIVE_orig directory as PDF files. When I entered graduate 
school at Virginia Tech I updated this code to run on the IBM 360 computer and 
created common blocks that transfered results between various subroutines.  
This modified common block code is archived in the directory 
ARCHIVE_with_common_block_8feb79.  Results predicted by the original code and
the modificed common block code are identical.  Because the results are 
identical, the common block code has been setup and archived so that the user 
can download the fortran programs and sample data sets, compile the fortran
programs and recreate the results corresponding to these sample data sets.
